  • Passengers booked for a specific shuttle have first priority. Passengers who missed a previous shuttle will be seated based on availability.
  • Last minute shuttle requests will only be filled if seating is available (another bus will not be scheduled for a single rider who did not pre-plan).
  • Riders without pre-purchased tickets may travel on returning airport shuttles if seating is available, and must make payment to driver using EXACT CHANGE or CHECK.
  • Shuttles are not obligated to wait for passengers in the event of a delayed flight.
  • Miami Metro red/white buses are commonly used for airport shuttles. Other marked vans may be used on routes with fewer riders.
  • A Miami Metro emergency phone number is printed on the face of each return ticket should flight plans be changed.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Are shuttle buses available to airports on dates besides the three listed breaks?
A: No. There has not been sufficient demand/rider volume to make offering the service at other times cost effective.

Q: My flight times are too early/too late for the scheduled shuttle times to work. What are my other options?
A: A comprehensive list of other transportation options is found at www.miami .muohio.edu/parents/transportation.cfm

Q: Can I purchase a shuttle ticket to/from an airport without a booked flight?
A: Riders planning to fly are to provide their complete flight information (airline, flight number, flight time) when purchasing their shuttle tickets, as this information is used by drivers to expedite drop-off and pickup at the airports. Riders connecting to/from local rides may purchase shuttle tickets without providing flight information.
