Our Executive Chef Ginny Thiell and fine catering staff at The Marcum prepare a wide variety of food utilizing the freshest and
highest quality ingredients available. Fresh herbs are grown for us in
a greenhouse adjacent to the conference center. Our menu
features a variety of buffets and meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner,
and an extensive array of hot and cold hors d'oeuvres.

Our lobby bar at The Marcum features micro-brewed beers, fine wines and a great
selection of scotches and other spirits. We will design a variety of
dining experiences just for your group - whether it is a casual lunch in the Courtyard, a picnic at
the Gazebo, or a formal dinner or wedding reception in our beautiful
